Chaos struck a Jack within the Field restaurant in Texas when an worker started taking pictures at a drive-thru buyer, allegedly over an order of curly fries. Now, one household is now suing the fast-food chain for negligence.
In only-released video footage from March 2021, an worker working the drive-thru named Alonneia Ford could be seen arguing with a buyer in a truck, Anthony Ramos, after handing him his meals. Ramos claimed an order of curly fries was not within the bag on the Houston fast-food joint.
The dialog seems to get extra heated as Ford could be seen motioning over to a different worker earlier than throwing ketchup packets and ice cubes at his car.
Ford then leaves the window, grabs a handgun, and factors it at him earlier than Ramos speeds away and Ford shoots at his automobile because it drives off.

In response to courtroom paperwork, Ford served one 12 months of deferred adjudication for pleading responsible to lethal conduct, although her preliminary cost was for aggravated assault with a lethal weapon. Ramos’ pregnant spouse and younger daughter had been reportedly within the automobile.
Ford informed native outlet ABC 13 that she had requested Ramos to drive away a number of occasions and that he didn’t pay attention and as an alternative started threatening her and calling her racial slurs.
