Google’s John Mueller stated on the subject of spammy referral visitors, you may ignore it and never fear about it relating to website positioning. John stated on Twitter, “I would ignore it,” when requested about it.
Tom Goering requested John, “Since Hyperlink Spam replace, been getting a LOT of referral visitors from web sites with an .xyz ext. I’ve not visited, however I assume they’re some kind of spam. Studying your posts through the years, I assume Google has a superb deal with on this–should not harm me, proper?”
John merely stated, “ignore it.”

There may be not a lot you are able to do about it anyway and spammers are going to be spammers.
I checked my analytics and this website will get visitors from a majority of these spammy xyz domains, not that every one xyz domains are spam, however some are. I’m not up at night time worrying about it.
