Occidental introduced that Claire O’Neill, former Member of Parliament and Minister for Vitality and Clear Development within the UK Authorities, and a former Managing Director, Local weather and Vitality of the World Enterprise Council for Sustainable Improvement, has been elected to its Board of Administrators, efficient as of January 17. O’Neill’s appointment will increase the dimensions of the Board from eight to 9 administrators. She’s going to serve on the Board’s Company Governance and Nominating Committee and Sustainability and Shareholder Engagement Committee.
